Nile University Emerge as Runners-up in the CJFCT Moot Court Competition

Nile University of Nigeria finished second in the recently concluded Chief Judge of the Federal Capital Territory (CJFCT) Moot Court competition. Despite winning the case and having the highest points for the written presentation in the final, Nile University’s law students narrowly lost by a few points to their opponents from the University of Abuja, who emerged as champions by virtue of their excellent oral presentation.
The competition, which was organized by COMPETE Africa in honor of the Chief Judge of the FCT High Court, had several notable individuals in the Nigerian justice system like Justice Orji (FCT High Court), Hon. Justice Ishaq Usman Bello (Chief Judge, FCT High Court), among others in attendance.
