Nile University Holds Collaboration Talks with Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Abuja Enterprise Agency

July 28th, 2021—A team from Nile University of Nigeria held a joint meeting with officials from the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) and Abuja Enterprise Agency (AEA) as part of the University’s ongoing efforts to bridge the gap between academia and the industry. During the meeting, which was hosted by Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Nile University team held productive talks with the representatives of ACCI and AEA about potential collaborations with their respective organizations toward facilitating graduate employability (IT placement, training programs, etc. for Nile University’s students).

Officials present at the joint meeting included Mr. Shehu Abdulkadir (Managing Director, AEA), Chief Emeka Obegolu (First Deputy President, ACCI), Prof. Osman Nuri Aras (Vice-Chancellor, Nile University), Mrs. Victoria Akai (Director General, ACCI), Assoc. Prof. Gylych Jelilov (Dean, Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences, Nile University), Prof. Ebele Amali (Dean, School of Postgraduate Studies, Nile University), Dr. Ngozi Anadi (HoD, Criminology & Security Studies Department, Nile University), Dr. Nargiza Alymkulova (HoD, Economics Department, Nile University), among others.
