Biography

Dr. Fadila Abubakar Sodangi is a lecturer in the Department of Private & Islamic Law at Nile University of Nigeria. Before joining Nile University, she lectured in the Department of Private & Business Law at Nasarawa State University, Keffi, where she earned her Ph.D. in Law with a specialization in Comparative Company Law and Corporate Governance. Her research interests also extend to Intellectual Property Law and Information Technology Law. Dr. Sodangi has published her work in various peer-reviewed journals, including those indexed in Q1 Scopus.
