Biography

Prof. Ofili Ugwudioha is a Professor of Accounting in the Faculty of Management Sciences. He holds PhD in Accounting and PhD in Financial Management. He is a Fellow of 8 Accounting and Management professional bodies across the globe. He has authored 9 books in Accounting, Finance and Economics as well 33 papers in the areas of Accounting/Finance. He was the past President/Chairman of Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Administration. He was a member of the panel set up by the Head of Service of the Federation in 2007 which visited Britain, South Africa, and Ghana to ascertain the possibility of integrating professional certificates into the scheme of service in Nigeria.

He was the former Chairman of Board of Directors of Adarice Nigeria Limited (an Enugu State Government’s owned Rice Production Company) and Chairman of Board of Directors of many other corporate organizations. He is a member of Governing Council of Enugu State Polytechnic.
