Engr. Dr. Nyangwarimam Obadiah Ali is a Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department of Computer Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, Nile University of Nigeria. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Minna, Niger State, Nigeria. He then obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Electrical-Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Technology Malaysia in 2014, followed by a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the same university in 2018.
From 2013 to 2018, Dr. Ali was part of the Advanced RF and Microwave Research Group in the Department of Communication Engineering at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Technology Malaysia. His research interests include Antennas and Propagation, Wireless Communication, Radio Frequency Devices, Reconfigurable Antennas, Filtennas, Microstrip Filters, Internet of Things (IoT), and Embedded System Design.
Dr. Ali serves as a reviewer for various international journals and conferences, including those indexed by ISI and SCOPUS. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE), the Nigerian Institution of Electrical Electronics Engineers (MNIEEE), and he is a registered engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
