Dr. Ejiga Opaluwa is a lecturer in the Department of Architecture at Nile University of Nigeria. Before joining Nile University, he lectured in the Department of Architecture at Caleb University, Imota, Lagos (2010-2022) and Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti (ABUAD) (2022-2023). He earned his Ph.D. with a specialization in Urban Design from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
Dr. Opaluwa is the acting treasurer of the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS) Nigeria chapter and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) and Asa Heritage Africa Foundation. His research interests focus on street connectivity and heritage studies, with a strong commitment to the preservation of cultural landscapes and heritage through research that contributes to societal growth and development.
His peer-reviewed articles have been published in esteemed professional and academic journals, including the *International Journal of Scientific & Technology Research* and the *International Journal of Advanced Research*, as well as in the proceedings of the XXV and XXVI World Congress of Architecture by the International Union of Architects.
