Dr. Chinenye Joy Mgbeokwere, is a Doctor of Law and Deputy Post Graduate co-ordinator, Faculty of Law, Nile University of Nigeria Abuja. She obtained her first and second Degree from the Premier University of Ibadan, Oyo State Nigeria in 2005 and 2009 respectively where She proceeded to Law School Abuja and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006. She obtained a PhD in Law from the University of Abuja Nigeria in 2018. She has over ten years experience in research and has taught for several years.
She has carried out research on Constitutional Law; Human Rights; Gender Law; Telecommunications Law; ICT Law; Public Law; Energy Law and Development Law. She has attended several national and international conferences, seminars and workshops where she presented papers in different areas of law. She is a public policy analyst and a gender based activist. She has written and published articles in several learned journals both local and international.
