Biography

Dr. Abel Ehizojie Oigbochie is a lecturer in the Department of Public Administration at Nile University of Nigeria. Prior to joining Nile University, he lectured at VERITAS University in Abuja. Dr. Oigbochie earned his Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Abuja, specializing in Human Resource Management. He also holds an M.Sc. in Public Administration from the University of Benin, a B.Sc. in Public Administration, and a Diploma in Law from the University of Abuja.

With over eight years of full-time teaching and research experience, Dr. Oigbochie’s research interests include pension administration, public policy, and human resource management. He is also an academic and career mentor. His peer-reviewed articles have been published in leading management, administration, and policy-focused journals both locally and internationally.
