Dr. Sadiq Thomas is an Associate Professor and Head of Nile University of Nigeria’s Computer Engineering Department.
He received his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering at Brunel University, UK, in 2005. He also obtained a Ph.D in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the Brunel University/University of Leeds, UK in 2009.
He was with the Glamorgan University, UK as a research Assistant between 2009 and 2011. He was also a Research Fellow at the Brunel University, London, UK and Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, UK between 2011 to 2012 and 2012 to 2013 respectively. He has over 10 years’ experience garnered from research and Lecturing in the Academics. He has published many articles in journals (indexed in ISI, SCOPUS, etc.) and conferences.
His research interests include modelling and Simulation, finite element modelling of Electromagnetic Acoustic Transducer (EMAT) sensors, etc.
He is a registered COREN Member as well as a Member of the British Institute of Non Destructive Testing (BINDT) and Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
