Assoc. Prof. Hauwa is deeply involved in curriculum development, student mentorship, and research. Her research focuses on key areas such as entrepreneurial ecosystems, start-ups, women entrepreneurship, work diversity, and green entrepreneurship. She is passionate about fostering entrepreneurship, promoting innovation, and driving enterprise development among students by facilitating industry partnerships and initiatives.
Recognized as a Fellow of the Institute of Classic Entrepreneurship (ICENT), Nigeria, Assoc. Prof. Hauwa is a transformative force in the academic and entrepreneurial landscapes.
