Assoc. Prof. Hauwa is deeply involved in curriculum development, student mentorship, and research. Her research focuses on key areas such as entrepreneurial ecosystems, start-ups, women entrepreneurship, work diversity, and green entrepreneurship. She is passionate about fostering entrepreneurship, promoting innovation, and driving enterprise development among students by facilitating industry partnerships and initiatives.
Recognized as a Fellow of the Institute of Classic Entrepreneurship (ICENT), Nigeria, Assoc. Prof. Hauwa is a transformative force in the academic and entrepreneurial landscapes. Her commitment to empowering the next generation is exemplified by initiatives like the Emerging Young Entrepreneur (EYE) Initiative, which she launched at Nasarawa State University, Keffi.
