Biography

Dr. Ahmed Adamu is a Petroleum Economist and Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at Nile University of Nigeria, Abuja. He is also a certified Brain Coach and an expert in Leadership and Personal Development. Dr. Adamu has trained hundreds of professionals and young people, helping them enhance their leadership and personal development skills, as well as brain development techniques to activate their “superbrains” for improved thinking and learning.

Educated in the United Kingdom, Dr. Adamu holds a Ph.D. in Oil and Gas Economics from Newcastle University and a Master’s degree in Energy Economics, specializing in oil and gas economics, from the University of Dundee. As an author, he has written books on Leadership and Personal Development and serves as a motivational speaker and mentor to young people. His expertise as an oil and gas economic consultant has allowed him to provide policy and training consultancy to governments and their agencies.

Dr. Adamu is a member of several international and national professional organizations. He has published and presented numerous academic papers and has participated in many conferences. He has also founded and led high-level training workshops for Chief Executives, Political Leaders, and professionals, focusing on leadership, management, strategy, decision-making, personal development, team management, and national economic and petroleum policies and strategies.
