In an event of a breach likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, Nile is required to report to the NDPC within 72 hours as provided under Nigeria data protection laws.

Children’s Privacy

As provided under the Nigeria data protection law and the Child’s Right Act 2003, children are persons under the age of 18. We respect the privacy of children and are committed to complying with applicable data protection laws.
