The Vice-Chancellor of Nile University, Prof. Osman Nuri, Aras, and the Civil Engineering Department’s HOD, Assoc. Prof. Abdulhameed Mambo received several awards from the Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers (NICE) during the latter’s recently concluded 18th Annual International Conference and Annual General Meeting.
Prof. Aras bagged an Award of Excellence in recognition of his positive contributions to both the Institution and the Nigerian education sector, while Assoc. Prof. Mambo was given an Appreciation Award and Recognition Award for his consistent participation in the technical activities of the Institution. Additionally, Assoc. Prof. Mambo became elected into the prestigious cadre of Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers and was published in the 2nd Edition of the 2020 “WHO is WHO” in Civil Engineering.
