Prof. Senol Dane (Dean of Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences, NUN) won the “Best Scientist and Researcher” award at the 4th International Conference on Quality and Evidence Based in Prophetic Medicine that was held in Abu Dhabi on February 23-24, 2020. In addition to the award, Prof. Dane presented six original research studies about Complementary Medicine at the conference.
Prof. Dane is an internationally acclaimed academic in the medical field who specializes in Neurophysiology, Psychophysiology, Cerebral Lateralization, among others. He has published about 130 scientific papers in journals indexed in the ‘science citation index’ and approximately 3000 citations for these papers. Prof. Dane has also published several chapters in international publications (books). Examples of these include “Effects of wet cupping therapy on cardiac rhythm,” “Leadership for healthcare workers,” to name a few.
