The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Osman Nuri Aras led a team on a courtesy visit to the Air Force Girls Comprehensive School, Abuja (AFGCS) on October 12th. The team was hosted by Group Captain S.A Adelakun (Director of Education, HQ NAF), AH Garba (Wing Commander), Group Captain Hafsat Ali (Commandant, AFGCS).
During the visit, Group Captain Hafsat Ali briefly introduced AFGCS to the Nile University team. The visitors were also given a tour of the school. Following the tour, both parties further discussed the proposed training programs to be offered by Nile University to AFGCS’ teachers. At the end of the discussion, an agreement was reached for Nile University to conduct a two-day training for the teachers of AFGCS.
