Bamidele Omolayo, Nile University’s representative at the recently concluded VEMP National Open, emerged as the champion of women’s doubles after her team recorded a hard fought 6-3/7-5 victory in the final, which held on December 13. This title was Omolayo’s second in the space of a week, having won the women’s doubles trophy at the Rainoil Tennis Open on December 8.
