A delegation from Nile University of Nigeria paid a congratulatory visit to the newly appointed Vice-Chancellor of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Prof. Olufemi A. Peters, to congratulate him on his appointment. During the visit, the Nile University team, led by Prof. Osman Nuri Aras (Vice-Chancellor), and their hosts explored various avenues to improve the tertiary educational system to ensure that it is aligned with the realities of the post-COVID world. Both parties also discussed the potential signing of an MoU to make the collaboration between Nile University and NOUN more institutional.
Other members of the Nile University team that visited the new Vice-Chancellor of NOUN were Prof. Abdurrahman Isik (Deputy Vice-Chancellor), Assoc. Prof. Gylych Jelilov (Dean, Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences), and Prof. Ganiyat Uthman (Deputy Dean, Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences).
